Pinging **anonymous freeper eyewitness aerial phenomena report:
19:50 4 SEP 2006
TWO FREEPERS in Aztec, NM saw a triangular UFO hanging motionless high in the southern sky.
At first, it was far enough away, that without binoculars, it looked a little like maybe a weather balloon with the fabric hanging down toward the gondola.
But when the binoculars were used, it was very clear that it was a triangular craft--equilateral triangle--dark black structure and large very bright white lights at each of the corners.
If one faced the west, and imagined a clock in the west, the craft would have been at the 10:00 position in the southern sky.
FREEPER 1 guesstimated that the craft could easily have been between Gallup and Albuquerque say somewhat in the neighborhood of I-40.
FREEPER 2 held their arm out at arm's length and estimated that the craft would have taken up about 20% of their thumbnail at that point--it was that distant.
It remained in view for more than 20 minutes and slowly began to evidently travel further to the south toward the end of the 20 minutes until it became too faint to see.
For most of the 20 minutes, it seemed to remain utterly motionless in a reactively clear early evening/dusk sky.
NO particularly significant spiritual, sensory etc. sorts of things were felt or observed. The FREEPERS were actively resisting any idea that the craft would come toward them or take an interest in them.
Another family outside their home on a suburban side street also saw the craft but not with binoculars. They noticed it's stationary status for some time. They speculated that it might be Mars but then were surprised that it disappeared.
End of the FREEPER report.
