Actually, you lose unless "Godwin's law" simply means that no one can mention World War II or the conditions that led to it, including the policy of appeasement.

In my analogy, the terrorists are akin to the Nazis. You are akin to Neville Chamberlain, in that you seem to think that appeasement will end the threat.
