the other option, open regedit, go to HKEY\LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and see what runs there. You can eliminate a LOT of programs from your bootcycle.

I see that!! I tried this once before but didn`t understand it...yeah, I got a TON of stuff on there...How do you shut them off, just delete the files?? The thing is I don`t know what any of this stuff does... I`ll just name a few...atwtusb, autotbar, cammonitor (I guess I can get rid of that.I don`t have a camera) KBD, SAHbundle, recguard, igfxtray, nwiz, iamapp, nvcpldaemon, ..this is nuts. ..that`s just a few. Are these all programs?? What if they are necessary for the computer to boot?
