Now I feel much better that I spent money on Gerber, Sheffield and Coleman multi-purpose tools over the last few years. They can be had for decent prices and have nice quality.

I admire the person who responded to your email. At least he's not whining about it or backpedaling. He believes what he believes and has stated the obvious, which is rare for liberals.
