776.031 Use of force in defense of others.--A person is justified in the use of force, except deadly force, against another when and to the extent that the person reasonably believes that such conduct is necessary to prevent or terminate such other's trespass on, or other tortious or criminal interference with, either real property other than a dwelling or personal property, lawfully in his or her possession or in the possession of another who is a member of his or her immediate family or household or of a person whose property he or she has a legal duty to protect. However, the person is justified in the use of deadly force only if he or she reasonably believes that such force is necessary to prevent the imminent commission of a forcible felony.

My apologies for the wide distribution and redundant pings, but these gangster methods being utilized against our lawful electioneering efforts are a warning that these tactics will continue as long as they are successful. It it up to us to ensure that we are adequately prepared and mentally ready to meet these aggressors head-on. Forewarned is forearmed.

So anyone who is staffing any Republican HQs, or have loved ones working as volunteers at these facilities, make ready both in mind and material, and be prepared to respond in an instant should these mobs attack again in your AO. Advise your people to dial 911 first, then you immediately after, and have others coached to do the same. One is none, two is one.

There are legal statues that exist which appear to vindicate such actions should they be made necessary, such as Florida's State Statute 776.031 (see FReeper 'Veritas et equitas ad Votum's post# 269).

A word to the wise is sufficient.
