It was not an act of hate," said Dustin "Dusty" Dzuck, 17, a senior at Denfeld High School. "My mom called me a terrorist. It wasn't terrorism; it was activism. It was for a cause..

Yeah, well the terrorists think they have a "cause" too. You little terrorist in the making!

You wonder where these kids get thier opinions. Check out a letter to the editor from the Duluth paper:

Country pays price for Bush's arrogance

I do not know any of the individuals involved in the recent campaign sign vandalism story in Duluth, but I have formed some opinions based on the reporting of the story. The three teenagers were wrong to vandalize the signs in Bob James' yard. However, I respect these teenagers for recognizing they did something wrong and making a public apology to the victim and to the community.

One of the newspaper articles indicated that the teenagers were motivated in part by their strong dislike for President Bush. I would encourage them to channel their anger into working to help defeat President Bush in the November election.

As for James, he appears to have some of the same character flaws as the candidate he supports. These would include arrogance and inability to admit he might be wrong. The best example of Bush's arrogance is how he alienated the entire world by pursuing his own agenda in Iraq. The American people will pay the price for Bush's arrogance in both lives and dollars for many years to come. Bush was the wrong choice to lead America in 2000 and he is still the wrong choice today.

I hope that enough people recognize the fact that Bush has done a lousy job as president and boot him out of the White House on Nov. 2.

MICHAEL WAGNER
WINTER, WIS.

The polarization in the U.S. is indeed intense..
Demotrolls are into their feelings its well known..
Conservatives are not as outward physically, I think...

The conservatives are seething as I see it.. I know I am..
Whats goin on in my mind you don't want to know.. I even had a dream Cheney was President except honestly my real desires are for Rumsfeld.. Sorry.. but my mind does wander.. Hopeing the demotrolls assasinate the President TWICE.. is a bit much even for me.. Interesting times we live in..

Just good natured "fun."

Yeah right...

The question you raised reminded me of a similar subject in a conversation in 1994 with a county commission candidate here in North Carolina.

"Not here!" the candidate said. "This is America!"

Upon which I quietly escorted him about 50 feet from his office, not far from the main highway entrance to little Washington, where there still stands a State Highway Historic Marker that matter-of-factly reads, "Washington, North Carolina, Burned By Federal Troops 1864."

As weird and freightening as the anti-Christian and anti-Southern bigotry is that fuels a lot of the anti-Bush crowd out there, at least they are trying to use the channels built into the system to affect the outcome.

However, if the kind of voter fraud that put Mary Landreau in the Senate and put some others in the House in recent years in demonstrated not just perceived to have defeated one or the other of the two leading contenders for the Presidency this year, than it will be a very bad development.

This is not 1960, and a gracious concession won't cut it. The Red vs. Blue divisions are very real, and the undecideds are likely to find themselves in the crossfire.

The escalation comes as no surprise because NOBODY IS GOING TO JAIL!!!! There is no penalty for the violence.

These violent punks are getting away with it. If you have to go to jail and the judges throw the book at you, it will take the fun out of it.

We are on the verge of our destiny being decided in the streets if law enforcement does not get damn serious about this.

In some states, trespassing is a threat itself and can be met with force. That is going to get some people hurt or killed.

If any Republican dies because of this violence, we need to activate OPLAN 34A, Operation Phoenix.

If they engage in rioting and insurrection after the election, we put it down with Operation Vulture. Yob' tvoyu maht', tovarisch!

".......they stood by their contempt for President Bush....... "

After this election is over, substitute "Christian" or "Jew" for President Bush and you will get the same result.

Thanks to the democrat's class warefare tactics and the aiding of the same by the mainstream media and state financed university professors the seeds have been well sown. The question is, will we allow them to grow into full fledged weeds?

PUT A NICE SLATHER OF THIS ON THE SIGN

http://www.connovation.co.nz/mainsite/Product.SkunkShot.html

The stench is awesome, lasts a long long time if it gets on your hands clothes. Wonderful "Rat " repellant. Should be carried now in every Republican headquarters for unexpected guests.

Mark my words, before this is all said and done, we'll be in another Civil War in this country.

I have a better idea: Lie in wait for the DemocRAT socialist trash, and beat the hell out of them. When they're on the ground, pepper spray their face and eyes.

If large numbers of DemocRAT's signs were being stolen/burned/defaced/etc., you can bet the Lame-stream meadia would be all over the story.

But - as is typical, there is the long-standing double standard when it comes to Republicans. The thefts and vandalism is obviously just the free expression of the "freedom of speech", and thus should not be an issue.

This political season's political vandalism (read, moderate terrorism) is hardly even, by party lines.

The large-scale violence among the backers of John Kerry represents a significant part of his coalition:

I seen the same stuff here in Colorado Springs (known for being conservative and birth place for Amend 2). One day, there was a huge Bush/Cheney sign and the next day, it was torn off (can see the pieces) and there were a bunch of Kerry/Edwards signs on the wood.

This kind of reminds me of the book, "Animal Farm" where the rules were perverted/changed. We have Freedom of Speech but with the lib's and 'RATS, there is freedom of speech only if it agrees with politically correct views of the libs/'RATS.

Yeah. These punks should not be allowed to get away unscathed. An ad should be aired (TV,radio or print)that spotlights this kind of stuff.Hey, it worked for the Swifties...Why not?
My brother & I were discussing this the other day. I told him if it were me i'd run some low-voltage electricity to the metal sign rails, and energize it at night.First punk that grabbed it would get zapped-not bad enough to seriously injure, but only to deter.

Wireless camera set ups are pretty cheap these days I think $30-$40 or so for several cameras etc. Catch these idiots and bring them to justice.

You can be sure though if one of these little neo-commies gets legally shot trespassing or vandalizing someones home the press will demonize the evil republicans for causing it.

If our society has deteriorated to the point where citizens will have to stand watch at campaign headquarters to fend off the terrorists, then it truly is time to lock and load.
