McCain is an egomaniac and he runs to every camera and microphone like the media hog that he is.
That being said, he has an ACU lifetime rating of 85 or so. I think that threshold is a bit high to set a 'RINO' standard, which I figure should be closer to an ACU rating of 50 at the highest, and probably a bit lower than that.
