An NBC producer "found" the Meet the Press clip and Brian Williams did a wrap-around, on-camera set-up before giving it to Matthews. Everyone on all the NBC channels used it all night.
Matthews (as usual) screamed at and taunted poor Ben Ginsberg before dismissing him during a commercal break, then went on to congratulate himself all hour for being such a badass.
