Foreign election monitors driven by leftist political agenda
Canada Free Press newspaper ^ | October 6, 2004 | Tom DeWeese

The U.S. State Department cracked open the door and now the invasion has begun. Foreign election monitors determined to oversee the U.S. election this November seem to be coming out of the woodwork. Even Jimmy Carter has gotten into the act. The bottom line is that the November election is being set up to humiliate the United States and place in doubt the legitimacy of our government.

Those calling for the election monitors, like Democrat California Representative Barbara Lee, argue that the move is necessary in order to "make certain that every person’s voice is heard, every person’s vote is counted." Eddie Bernice Johnson, the Texas Democrat who is the leader of the 13 members of Congress who originally started the process by writing to UN. Secretary General Kofi Annan, says "The presence of monitors will assure Americans that America cares about their standing in the world."

This is a disgrace. I can't believe the Republican National Committee is sitting back and letting this stuff happen. They better not get in my face when I go to vote.

The unforseen consequences of allowing Internationalists (Socialists)to monitor US elections is that it could easily become a "habit". The American left would love to add this bit of Socialism upon the American voter.

We've been holding fair and transparent elections for over two-hundred years, and have an election record that is the envy of the world. Our record speaks for itself. We don't need "observers" from Socialist countries to tell us how to hold elections.

What we do need is less Liberal/Socialists in the American government.

Given that Socialists will monitor this election it's fair to ask who will monitor the monitors? Who better to watch their spin than the bloggers and freepers? Certainly the politicians, and media, can't be trusted.

They have no troops to spare to help us in the fight against radical Islam, but they have plenty of socialists to send us to monitor our elections.
