Doesn't matter whether Cheney met Breck Girl outside of the Senate, his point was that he's never met him in the Senate. Not only does that point out Breck Girl's truancy, it also suggests that if the democrats ever did sincerely want to end their divisiveness in the Senate, Cheney was right there to listen and respond.
