It's not the votes. It's the money. The dems got that up front. Now they have very little use for that constituency. Won't even toss them a bone in the freakin' Vice Presidential debate.

Right. The Democrat party has set themselves up as a party that amounts to nothing more than a party that panders to groups, like Rainbow/Push, NAACP, GLAAD, NOW, the environmentalist whackos. Each group gets paid off by the DNC just so that one group or all of them doesn't rock the Democrat boat. It's demonstrated especially by Rangel and Jesse Jackson earlier this year telling the Kerry camp to basically get off the "Vietnam kick", because it bears no interest in their interests. You can bet The Punk was feverishly writing checks to those two clowns to clam them up, and Jesse ended up getting the cushy position as Kerry advisor. LMAO!
