State GOP says Michael Moore illegally offered underwear in exchange for voting

LANSING, Mich. (AP) -- The Michigan Republican Party is asking four county prosecutors to file charges against filmmaker Michael Moore, charging that he illegally offered underwear, noodles and snacks to college students in exchange for their promise to vote.
"We want everyone to participate in this year's election, but not because they were bribed or coerced by the likes of Michael Moore," said Greg McNeilly, executive director of the state Republican Party.
The GOP said it asked prosecutors in Wayne, Ingham, Antrim and Isabella counties to charge Moore with violating Michigan's election law. The law prohibits a person from contracting with another for something of value in exchange for agreeing to vote.

if it's his underwear, he could be charged with trying to PREVENT people from voting.
ewwwww.

This is not credible. Moore never gave away a snack in his life.

If michael moore took off his underwear in public, several hazmat teams would be needed to disinfect the area afterward. His underwear can be seen from earth orbiting satellites.

Is it Michael Moore's underwear? If so, YUCK!!!!!

This is true, one Wayne student told this.
He said the first comers were allowed free, but others had to buy tickets to hear his speech.
He also said that they gave noodles and underwears.

The noodles: 39 cent Ramen, heat it up in a cup.
The underwear: The Clintons for year have been sending Moore
Bill's old underwear rather than selfishly
writing it off on their income tax. Michael
has found a SECOND use for it.

Are you saying the article is true, or my funny throwaway line is true?
I'd hate to think my humor was too subtle.
To: flashbunny
No, he'd be charged with murder
(BTW, I just had a mental picture of his underwear---it was NOT pretty)

panties on student's heads?

I heard these were special marked undies for the dumbed-down student body. Apparently, they are marked with yellow to indicate the front and brown to indicate the back to help these skulls of mush to know which way they're to be worn. Mikey personally marks each pair for the future Michigan democrats.

Michael Moore ... illegally offered underwear ... Good heaven! If it was HIS, this isn't a case for the county prosecutor. It's a job for the EPA!

It's not the first time that Michael Moore has advocated breaking the law and buying votes:
Michael Moore advocates buying votes with beer and food(from his "Do Something" suggestions) (Posted on 07/11/2004)
I sent it at the time to Rush Limbaugh and Mike Drudge but the story never got legs.
The Rats at DU had a good laugh at Mikey Moron's stunt. Make no joke about it, Michael Moore is trying to buy Democrat votes. See his statement about making sure that you don't work in a cubicle with Republicans when offering to buy them lunch or beer.
