A student just pointed out that Edwards is wearing a Japanese flag lapel pin. I doubt he is- but online the quality ain't great. To those with a TV, what is that pin he's wearing?

It isn't a Japanese flag lapel pin. The Japanese flag is orange (maybe red, depending on who you're talking to) and white. This pin he's wearing has a dark center, definitely not orange. It almost looks like a union pin, but it's hard to tell with my non-HDTV connection.
