When Edwards starts in on the Haliburton and Cheney connection, he should be reminded that Haliburton hires thousands of employees. Since Edwards keeps harping on being for the working class, why is he upset over the success of Haliburton and Cheney's contribution in the past to making the company such a good employer? Cheney could counter the argument against Haliburton by citing Edward's wealth as coming from the pockets of working people who buy health insurance and who now pay higher premiums because of his huge fees for multi million dollar settlements against health providers. I'm looking forward to whatever Cheney says as I like to listen to him. However, I truly detest anything about John Edwards so it will be a trade off that I do not do lightly.

David Gregory says that's straight from the Bush Cheney website. What he said is also very condescending. Another liberal mind set, if you are not liberal you must be unintelligent.

Listen, Edwards has a LOT to lose tonight: if he comes off bad, he could ruin his chances for 2008; and he has NOWHERE to go.
Cheney, of course, has nothing to lose!
Oh, listen: Tim Russert is agreeing with me.

Attention Whiners: This is a pre-emptive message to discourage your hand-wringing.
BTW...I just heard the word "Halliburton" from Kerry on the radio...

I heard Edwards is making a ton of money on the war. I don't mind people making money but the libs especially Edwards are constantly talking about corporate greed.

Howlin,
Since you started this thread, it is YOUR responsibility to count all the blinks from Blinky Edwards tonite.
We will expect a full accounting at the end of the debate.
