Considering the Nevada Superme Court tossed out their version of the TABOR Constitutional Amendment last year, I'm not surprised that state judges no longer believe they're bound by their state's constitution (and yes, this is a STATE judge, not a federale).

Wow... a lunatic in robes! I don't think he'll get away with it, state judges are bound by the Constitution and I don't think even the most liberal activist judge can overturn a state constitution amendment :-) I bet we have a slew of lawyers on this right now...
