It's Not Just a Global Test

John Kerry's descent into incoherence continued yesterday as the Senator defended his "global test" for defending America. Aside from foreign leaders, Kerry alluded to others who might need to approve American action to defend ourselves, including -- as best we can tell -- other planets. Here's Kerry's defending his "global test":

But I can do a better job of protecting America's security because the test that I was talking about was a test of legitimacy, not just in the globe, but elsewhere. Elsewhere?

Ah ha!

Kerry's being misrepresented because we can't hear the capital letters. I should be "Not just in The Globe but elsewhere." See he's not subjecting American sovereignty to foreigners, I mean the The Boston Globe is an American paper right. . . so are the other newspapers whose editors need to endorse military action. . .

Kerry: "It was a mistake to invade Iraq without approval by The Borg. And who knows
what the folks on Tralfamidor will make of our aggression?"

"Mars Needs Billionaire Women"
(probably will be the first time that Kerry will have a moment's peace at one of
the family estates or in one of the family SUVs...)

(and the fourth paragaph in the article)

"But I can do a better job of protecting America's security because the test that
I was talking about was a test of legitimacy, not just in the globe, but elsewhere."

VOA wonders: maybe he's talking about "legitimacy" in terms of Heaven and Hades...
or of extra-terrestrials...
or of both???
