Where was John Kerry during the 1990s? He must have been aware that the Clinton administration advocated helping North Korea build nuclear facilities, that Bill Clinton and family visited that place just before he left the White House (in shambles), just what was Clinton's visit all about? John Kerry sat on his hands over intelligence gathering, reduced funding for that while adding taxes on taxes to his country; was a no-show at most of the intelligence meetings. It is no surprise the United Nations and other terrorists want him in the drivers seat. The man is a joke!

He declared I am going to shut that program down in order to make it clear to the world were serious about containing nuclear proliferation.
He emphatically said this, and at that point, I thought for sure that anyone still listening to the debate would have serious reservations about his ability to be our President. A good rebuttal would have been "..oh, like all the other defense systems/programs you have voted to shut down during your tenure as a US Senator?"
Kerry's Senate Record needs to be exposed.
