On "The McLaughlin Group" this weekend, popular columnist Eleanor Clift of "Newsweek" flatly predicted, perhaps hopefully, that her beloved John Edwards would knock "worn-out" Cheney out of serious contention in their "debate" set for Tuesday night.
Clift is so biased she would argue that the Expos are a better team than the Yankees if Kerry were pitching and Edwards were catching for the 'Spos.
Edwards knock out Cheney? Better odds that the forged memos used by CBS were created in 1972.
