Jim. You haven't been able to access my acct. for a couple of months because the bank issued me a new card with a new expiration date. I tried to get you guys to change the expiration date because the card number is the same. No luck. Sooooooo...don't try the old card # any more. I just re-entered the new card info on the secure server and upped my monthly from $15 to $20.
