I was listening to John Loftus and Monica Crowley on John Bachelor's radio show last night. Loftus claims to have seen the 42 pages of documents that were translated from Arabic to English. He said that this was going to be a sensational story and that Wheeler could end up being nominated for a pullitzer prize. He said the docs make clear connections between Saddam and Al Qaeda, between Saddam and Zarquawi, Saddam and Zawahiri and even between Sadam and Mogadishu. I think this just might turn out to be THE smoking gun.

Is this for real or what? Is this the big one that we knew was coming? I heard months ago something similar would be coming ot this fall. Has this been in the works for a while?

Scott is a friend of mine. He also reads FR. He is credible. I've known him for years. I heard him on Mike Reagan's show last night. That was the first I heard of this.
