They're going to do the same in Ramadi, Fallujah, and other places around the country. High time. I can understand having to wait for Iraqi contingents to gel, but the bad guys are aching for a butt-kicking. You only do the advance-notice thing when there's nothing the enemy can do about it, which should belie the "insurgents are winning" crapola the Dems are selling.
