Aside from engaging in his usual lies, distortions and fabrications, I thought Kerry was disrespectful to the President several times. But I didn't catch him mocking Bush.
You know, this morning my wife was watching TV in the kitchen. Kerry was talking and I could have sworn he called President Bush "stupid." When I heard that I ran into the kitchen and asked my wife if Kerry just called Bush stupid. Unfortunately, she wasn't really paying attention so she didn't catch. To be honest, I think I must have misheard it because I can't imagine anyone presidential canidate thinking it is a good idea to call the President of the U.S. stupid...and in any case he doesn't have to since he has everybody else in his party doing it for him.
My trial practice professor taught us that you never called a witness a “liar” as jurors would hate you for it. It was one of those lessons that have stuck with me for a long time. Gerry Spence, at a seminar I once attended, said that you never “killed” a witness unless you absolutely, positively certain that the jury wanted the witnessed “killed.” The lesson was that undeserved attacks actually help the attacked as the undeserved attack generates sympathy for the attacked.
This is a lesson that I hope Johnny “Irish” Kerry learns quite well … on November 3rd.

yes, dufuses who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. Besides,Dubya is HANDSOME and is pleasant. While kerry has to go for BOTOX treatments and...he's nasty. But then again, we're talking about the lib/dems...right? So, what else is new? Wonder what kerry will do when botox just doesn't or can't do it's magic anymore?
President Bush will grow old gracefully with a rugged handsomness about him like my husband is doing. No botox for these guys. They don't NEED it.
My husband chops down dead trees and hauls the debris away and he does all kinds of outside work. It's been good for him and always has been. He's 66 years old, still physically fit and handsome as well. Nothing like the good ole healthy outdoors of the mountains to keep a fresh, healthy glow on one's face.
Maybe kerry ought to try doing something earthy ... he might even like it and...it might take off some of that fake shine and tan.
Believe me .. the American public does not like ridicule .. that was ridicule. The Bush-haters might like it, but the average American will not.
