IMO sKerry's Bronze Star citation that was signed by John Lehman (
Secretary of the Navy under REAGAN) is quite possible a forgery. Lehman has said he has no memory of signing it. If that is a forgery, could there be a link between this and the Rathergate Bush forgeries?
