First, the rules prohibit props, notes, charts, diagrams, or other writings or other tangible things...that aren't surrendered to the Commission staff - for the staff to place on the podium.

The difference between Kerry smuggling in contraband - and a violation of the rules in using video from the debate is BIG. With the video, Kerry in his usual style can blame others. For his cheating he can't.

His cheating may not be a criminal offense, but anyone who really opposes Kerry would not try to suppress this issue. It fits to well all the character and integrity problems Kerry, the Dems and their MSM supporters are already having.

Nor would those who oppose Kerry claim that absent proof of what the contraband was there "was no cheating." ( See above.."...or other tangible things") Save that spin to the Clintonistas on the Kerry staff.

Agreed...the difference between, say, passing or flunking the Global Test :)

The more I've looked at various pics- stills and video- the more apparent it is to me Mr. Kerry is taking out a piece of paper from his jacket pocket.

If so- the damage he's done is mind-boggling. Thank GOD for the internet.
