I taped it im going to see if I can see him pull out the cheat sheet.
I checked my tape and you can definitely see him pull something fairly large, larger than a pen, out his pocket and play with it a bit. Closer photos of it make it out to be rectangular in shape, definitely not pen or glasses, though both would be against the rules as well.
