But even so, what's the point? Is it wrong to bring a note card? I really don't know and am curious. I think most people will just shrug it off.

This is DEVASTATING. This is exactly the equivalent of CBS's fraudulent documents. The content of the documents or the debate become 100% invalid if the mechanism for them is found to be forged or cheated.

This is utterly crushing stuff if the hi res proves out. This is the equivalent of evidence being obtained without a warrant being inadmissible and if fraudulent evidence is knowingly offered the court the lawyer doing it is disbarred.

Why are you such an ass? You know this is a discussion board? Where one posts a question then others reply. And it's not REAL-TIME, so I can actually be posting a question when someone else is replying or already replied?
