If it's your own picture, go to photobucket.com and upload it. They have very good instructions for posting a link to the pictures.
If it is somewhere on the internet, go to photobucket.com and follow there instructions for writing the code to put up pictures.

If the picture is already on the internet, type this < img src="http://www.lartl.org/668b9450.gif"> just do it with the space between < and img src not there. it will turn out like this
