The point they're making is that at the beginning of the debate Kerry said "I will never seek a global permission slip"

So he was against the Global Test before he was for it? Is that Kerry's argument?

Kerry slipped, pure and simple. He's a good fast talker, but when you talk too fast....

That's what I said Thursday night, SKerry sounded good but he handed Bush a lot of weapons while Bush didn't really do his best he also didn't give any negative soundbites that SKerry could run with. He did the grimacing but I saw the clip they did and it won't make a dent.

Well, that's one of them. He also argues that he was for the Global Test before he was against it.
