I just attempted to make a $200 donation on gop.com. After giving my credit information etc, I hit the Submit button. I got no response on their web page nor did I receive an email. I don't know whether my donation registered or whether their system is malfunctioning.
You should have gotten a notice on the screen with a confirmation number. I would make a call to your credit card company to see if you got through.
