My first few posts on FR got me in trouble back in 1998. (Some still do.)
I was blasted pretty much at my inability to provide details and facts. It turned out to be a good blasting. I learned that the serious Freepers really did expect you to do your homework if you were going to put forward your ideas.

The SwiftBoat Vets are dear to us here on FR. Many have contributed to the effort to get their message out.
I believe their ads were the turning point of the campaign and led to a successful Republican convention because the ads exposed the fraud that John Kerry was,is, and always will be.
I look forward to the report on your interview with Admiral Hoffman.
Welcome to FR. I saw your earlier post, and cringe every time I see an out-of-control FReepers acting rude to the "newbies." This site for obvious reasons attracts a lot of trolls, so there's a sensitivity, but no excuse for rudeness. We all look forward to many more posts and your interview.

It seems everyone is a bit testy. I too am fairly new and had I not had a very nice Freeper who was willing to give me guidance, I hate to think of the mistakes I may have made, so I will reserve judgement for a while. I certainly don't want to act like a liberal:(((

Some Freepers are crankier than others, but all Freepers are great IMHO. ;o)
Um...I didn't know I was a blogger. If you are writing a "blog", and want it to be "the very best", I would gently urge you to look up the term. If I understand it correctly, a blog is an online log of someone's life, basically an open diary where they discuss anything and everything.
I believe we are an online forum, with a decidedly conservative bent. Which makes us "forumers" I suppose. LOL
