Kerry hasn't initiated a single major policy initiative in his two decades in the Senate. Not a single one. Meanwhile, he's full of promises about what he's going to do. But, in my book, the roadmap to a man's future starts in his past. And Kerry has already shown that he's a do-nothing blowhard.

While that is true, he is part of the Democrat obstruction cabal. And he has tried to author plenty of bills to cut intel and military spending. They just always go down in flames.

Maybe Bush could have talked about that.
At least a little.
