Well, the question is--to what extant do the plans in the WA office reflect Republican plans in other states? I think that Terry McAuliffe et. al. may not be directly responsible for this or Rathergate, but have created such a hostile environment that they are practically inviting their people to do anything, including illegal acts, to help their guy win.
