The Dems. have seriously overdone the hate mongering. They seem unable to contain themselves. The picture at the Dem Convention of Michael Moore sitting next to Jimmy Carter showed how far the party has fallen. Terry McCauliffe and Harold Ickes are the most responsible for dragging this campaign to new lows. They both are devoted Clinton operatives. I often wonder what goes on between the Kerry camp and the McCauliffe/Ickes camp. I suspect there is far greater tension than is revealed in public.
