If Lehrer prepared the questions BEFORE THE DEBATE how could question 3 lead into question 4??? with the comment-What about Senator Kerry's point---how did he know what Kerry was going to say to lead into the question with such a comment?

I noted that too. It looked like a set up. Lehrer wasn't winging it, was he? And, if so, he was winging it only to hit Bush with loaded questions.
