"Diaz couldn't hold onto a talking point with super glue, she appeared to be close to saying that if we don't vote women will lose abortion rights."
- When I first read Diaz's comments my first thought was that she was a complete ditz. However, after re-reading them, you are right. She is trying to voice her support for abortion but without engaging in any over the top anti Bush rants which could harm her career. Her agent probably drummed that into her before the show. She really cannot articulate her views very clearly so I see her on the pro abortion train as something she is not all that passionate about; it's just a handy platform to get on the Oprah Show. She's still a ditz, but at least she has a filter between her mouth and her brain.

If she were a PET ROCK, I'd take here to a vet and have her spayed just to be safe.

May God grant her her wish!! And, an unchaperoned week alone with the rapist so she can reap the fruits of her foolishness to the fullest.
And, thanks to Cameron Diaz for planting that idea in the idiot's head!!

But the dream of Los Bastardos lives on in the wonderful wit and wisdom of this girl ..."I would vote for a serial rapist [rather] than George Bush," said Elizabeth Mercedes .

Elizabeth Mercedes, be very careful of what you wish for!
Having said that, it would be great if we could video tape some of the most rabid Kerry lunatics like this one and have they spew their lunatic hatred of GW in a commercial.
The announcer could close with, "If you don't want their choice of leader vote for the man they hate, GW!"

""I would vote for a serial rapist [rather] than George Bush," said Elizabeth Mercedes in an interview with CNSNews.com several hours before the debate began." Democrats, especially Democratic women, continue to sink lower and lower.
First, journalist Nina Burleigh said that she would "give Bill Clinton a bl-wjob to thank him for keeping abortion legal."
Now a Florida miss says that she would prefer a real rapist in the oval office (and presumably, in her pants) as long as he won [e.g., kept abortion legal].
Sigh ... probably another product of a liberal arts education at a state school.
Our tax dollars at work ...

Seeing as I have a few friends who are rape victims, I find this moronic woman's comment to be completely revolting. Besides, didn't Kerry attempt to annul a longterm marriage with his first wife to get his hands on the Heinz fortune? How the hell do you think man will be able to defend a woman's right to her own body when he would deny a woman with whom he shared a bed access to the financial benefits of a prenuptial agreement, by denying that the marriage never occurred? A great crusader for women's rights we have here.
Second point, most of the television and radio programming in addition to newspaper reports have been somewhat disparaging of the incumbent president. As a matter of fact, the unpopular party could truly be considered to be the Republican/conservative party. With films by Moore skyrocketing, and supposedly objective newspapers using grossly slanted adjectives in their articles, I would daresay the Democrats have been brainwashed. The two key elements of the arguments have all fallen through.
1. The economy is actually relatively healthy, when one considers that unemployment figures do not include entrepreneurs
2. Chemical weapons were found in the fields of combat, but when sent back to labs abroad, the results came back negative
And let us not even address the fiscal mishap that socialized medicine presents.
All in all, I'm disgusted with the Democratic Party.
Surprise, surprise
