Spain, Italy, Canada... Mexicans with marketable skills (engineers, accountants, nurses) prefer those three countries. The tired, the poor, the huddled masses are going to the United States, simply because they can get jobs there right away. 450 women a year is hardly a trend.
So we are receiving mostly unskilled laborers. What do we need with that.
