Lehrer was fair. Let's at least be honest - Bush didn't do all that great in the debate when he could have. It's not like he wasn't expecting any of those questions. Lehrer granted Bush rebuttal time when he didn't have to. I thought all of Lehrer's questions were relevant and about issues the average American wanted to hear.

I think what finally wins this for Bush is his sincerity and appeal to the average voter, and that's what came through in this debate.
