Kerry says not one nickel into tunnels and subways. Tunnels? Subways? He's complaining that we're funding soldiers but not tunnels and subways.

Kerry is all over the board... trying to get domestic issues in. Bush needs to get a little more tactful in countering Kerry's BS.

Kerry says we didn't need the tax cut. Did he vote for the tax cut?
