This nation would survive a Kerry presidency. We are a great nation much more in spite of our leaders than because of them. A Kerry presidency would last 4 years. That's the blink of an eye in historical perspective.

That maybe true; however, I would remind you of the tragedies brought about by the Clinton administration. We are still paying for his failures to execute the security of our country. Kerry could very well handover the reins in a matter of speaking to the UN. That is a dangerous notion.

I don't disagree with you when you say we would survive a Kerry presidency. The problem is I don't just want to "survive". I want something more for my children and my country. However, with the wisdom of our forefathers, yes, we can survive 4 years. But, my belief is that we can not only survive, but prosper with President Bush continuing for another 4 years. But yeah, we (America) won't crumble beyond repair with Kerry as President. It will just mean more work for all of us four years from now, after Kerry tries ( unsuccessfully) to "negotiate" with these thugs. It would be a set back, but not the end of us. My preference is to go forward.

Clinton destroyed our intelligence forces and now we are in a struggle with killers who would not hesitate to use nukes against us.
The world changed after 9/11, we cannot survive a President who would not defend this country.
