Exactly, but the average voter watching last night does not know this since the point was not made forcefully! Bush could have done a lot more damage, and Bush's body language while Kerry was speaking reminded me of Gore in 2000. He seemed annoyed (I'm sure he was) but he should not have shown it as he did.
