Frankly, I'm a bit sick and tired of everyone here who has commented on Bush looking tired. Damn it, I'd look tired too if I were a wartime commander-in-chief. FDR looked horrible in 1944, and when Republicans commented on it, Roosevelt only did better because people knew what he was going through. Lincoln looked awful in 1864. In fact, when he was sworn in a second time, the Bible was opened to a verse reading "None shall be weary or stumble among them..." as if in contradiction to the president's worn visage. Bush does not lose by looking weary. He gains. The American people see a man who worries night and day about the problems facing them and their children. I expect better from many of you than I'm seeing tonight.

Well, with regard to my comments, you might wish to pause and extract feet from mouth or head from posterior. I didn't comment on whether or not LOOKING tired hurt him.

My comment was that if he was tired, it may explain some of his performance. IE substance - not style. It appears you're looking to vent on somebody about your perceptions rather than what is actually being said, at least on my part. If you want to argue that, you'll need to argue elsewhere because there is no argument here.
