He seemed distracted and p*ssed (perhaps by the sheer volume of BS Kerry kept shoveling) so much to the point that he couldn't think straight.
It's hard to discern whether the Undecideds will relate to Dubya's uber "folksieness."
Fighter, plain folk always rally around those who can't think straight.
