When I can sit here and come up with knock-out punches to throw at Kerry--and everything I know comes from Free Republic--then I know that Bush didn't do very well.

I ain't that smart, and I could have killed Kerry tonight. Layed him out flat!

The debate isn't over tonight:) Folks get a chance to digest what was said, just like in 2000. Here's a couple examples.

When kerry says we gave up chasing osama to go to iraq, we need to remember that osama and company fled to Pakistan. It follows from Kerry's argument that we should have chased him right on into Pakistan. This would have played right into the radicals hands and likely have led to musharef's overthrow. Then we have a nuke country with radicals in charge. How smart is that?

Kerry says the tax cut was dumb. We were in a dangerous economic position with the bursting of the dot com bubble and 911. No fiscal stimulus and we risk a 1929-1930 style downward spiral. How would a depression make America stronger?

Kerry's arguments will be rebutted around the kitchen table.
