If you don't understand that the only powers that our government has are those specifically enumerated in the constitution then there is no point in talking to you. That includes state constitutions as well. If you belive that the federal government has enumerated powers and the states don't then you should change your name to radicalantiamericannationalist or perhaps stateconsitutionwhatsitfor.
