You desire to define what is and is NOT freedom of speech... constitutionally that is NOT an AREA where YOU or I have any say. That is the court's job and what they say is obscene, IS. What they say is NOT, is NOT. Not sure I can agree to that. After seeing what they've done with "commerce among the several states" I shudder to think what they could do with "obscene".
