I have not read the entire thread.
But if Kerry breaks this rule then Bush should...
1) Only have the townhall meeting if he gets to pick 70% of the crowd,
2) Pick all future moderators, etc
3) Set other rules and enforcement actions.
IF these rules arent good enough for Kerry's cheating then no more 'debates' they can debate through thier website.
The best thing to do would be for the debate comission to simply attempt to cancel the debates!
