Yeah, wrong time to be on crutches. I cooked a Thanksgiving dinner 2 years ago on crutches...this year, I'm letting someone else have the honor. The one thing I am dreading is Christmas shopping! I am praying for no snow. LOL Have to get it done before the beginning of the year when the deductible kicks back in...YUCK!
I am blessed too by the many good friends I have made here on FR. It will help the time fly!

Bless your heart! I had to make a Christmas supper when I was choked up with bronchitis a few years a go.
Do you Christmas shopping online. I bought hex signs for my relatives for next to nothing at www.hexsigns.com. They are great gifts for the folks on your list who have everything----like my parents and wealthy brother!
They are all hand-painted and really nice. I bought one for hubby for his new barn this past summer.
