How about giving it back you profligate b*stards? Never happens in a Democrat administration. Here in Virginia the governor (Mark Warner - D) pushed through a tax increase due to DIRE circumstances. Guess what? Few months ago they "discovered" a surplus. They gonna give the $$ back? Ya sure, and I've got some lovely oceanfront property in Arizona to sell you!

Yeah how come tax cuts always seem to be for a period of time whilst tax hikes are for perpetuity? No answer needed of course.
