I read a news item quoted yesterday on one the blogs (can't remember which one) that indicated Kerry was not a very successful prosecutor. Perhaps someone has reviewed some of his old cases and found something similar to Willie Horton? Don't know. There were no details.

I think kerry was the MA attorney when Dukakis was gov. and Willie Horton got vacation rights, but don't quote me.
