Find a Bush friendly lawyer willing to file a lawsuit against them. Many will do it for the publicity plus chance to gain favor with Bush/Republicans plus a % of any recovery.

Put out a press release that you have filed suit. You and your lawyer can go on radio talk programs, FOX programs etc...
